Where are the gifts made?
By engraving and print partners in the United States. We design, proof and handle your order; they produce and ship it.
How long before the wedding should I order?
Three weeks. Production is 2–5 business days after proof approval, US shipping 2–5. Rehearsal-dinner gifts need to be in hand a day early.
Can I order a set with different names?
Yes — one name per line in the personalizer, one proof showing all of them, one box.
Can I see the engraving before it's cut?
Yes — the preview updates as you type, and we email a proof. Engraving is permanent, so check names, roles and the date.
Can I return a personalized gift?
Not for change of mind, because it's made for you. Damaged or misengraved pieces are replaced free — email a photo within 14 days.
Do you ship to the recipient?
Yes — for proposal boxes and parents' gifts, enter their address at checkout and your email for the proof. No prices in the box.
Do you do bulk pricing for a large party?
Sets of 6+ of the same item are priced per piece on the product page; for 12+, email us.
